In-Network Services
When you visit a BCBS FEP Vision network doctor, your vision health exam is covered in full and prescription glasses or contacts are covered after any co-payments. If you visit an in-network independent provider, you will also receive 20% off any out-of-pocket costs over your frame allowance and a savings of 15% on any balance over your conventional contact allowance. To receive covered benefits, you must stay in-network if you are enrolled in Standard Option.
