We list in-network plan providers in the provider directory, which is updated frequently. The most current list can be found on our website at www.bcbsfepvision.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that the provider chosen is an active participant in the program, at the time you receive services. The BCBS FEP Vision (administered by Davis Vision) network is specific to routine vision care and is different from the network for your medical plan.
